Vendor Rules

Set-Up

Friday - October 23, 2026

We are working on providing vendor access for setup purposes on Friday evening.  Details to follow.

Saturday - October 24, 2026

Set-up begins at 7:00 AM  

​

• All vendors must be set up by 9:00 AM Saturday morning.​

​

• All vendors MUST be out of the event space by 3:00 PM 

 

• Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs.  All tables must have covers that cover the front of the table and extend to the floor.​

 

•  Political candidates or political committees are not allowed to rent spaces, pass out items, or display signs at the Holiday Fair.

 

•  Some items are not appropriate for this type of event.  The Holiday Fair Committee reserves the right to approve the sale of all items.

 

•  Be specific on your application as to the items you sell.  A determination will be made based on the application.

 

•  Items not listed on the application may be prohibited on the day of the event.

 

• To be fair to all vendors, duplication of food items and products may not be allowed.

 

•  The decision of the Holiday Fair committee is final.

​

• No refunds for non-attendance or cancellation.
