Holiday Fair Vendors
By making payment, the vendor confirms that they have read the Greater Lowell Technical Parent Organization vendor rules and agree to abide by these rules.
*Deadline for vendor registration and payment is October 26, 2024*
**BOOTH SIZES ARE AS FOLLOWS**
Standard Space - 10' Wide, by 6 to 8 Feet Deep
Deep Space - 11' Wide, by 9' Deep
(Electricity available with standard or deep space for a $5.00 additional charge per booth)
Vendor Rules
Set-Up
Friday - November 8, 2024
We are working on providing vendor access for setup purposes on Friday evening. Details to follow.
Saturday - November 9, 2024
Set-up begins at 7:00 AM

All vendors must be set up by 9:00 AM Saturday morning.

All vendors MUST be out of the event space by 3:00 PM

Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs. All tables must have covers that cover the front of the table and extend to the floor.

Political candidates or political committees are not allowed to rent spaces, pass out items, or display signs at the Holiday Fair.

Some items are not appropriate for this type of event. The Holiday Fair Committee reserves the right to approve the sale of all items.

Be specific on your application as to the items you sell. A determination will be made based on the application.

Items not listed on the application may be prohibited on the day of the event.

To be fair to all vendors, duplication of food items and products may not be allowed.

The decision of the Holiday Fair committee is final.

No refunds for non-attendance or cancellation.
